I wasn't there because I was boycotting his talk. If it had been scheduled between other talks, or had it been the last talk of the day, I'd have walked out. There were several of us who think his behaviour toward certain women at past cons is inexcusable, and his denial of it (considering the number of women who have spoken up about it) a load of crap. |

I haven't been feeling well for the last week, so I haven't finished this yet. But I'd like to direct you to the one blog that really matters to me. Jeff Wagg was there for the first time in years, and it really made a difference in the way I experienced TAM this year.

Well, this is Alexander Cheezem; we spoke after TAM! regarding a few things (I don't remember the full contents; sorry. Too many conversations, so I don't fully remember what I talked about with who...). The one item I do remember with certainty that we discussed was the bleach enema parents.
That said, I just finished adding references (via endnotes, with commentary) to the editorial we spoke about. Admittedly, they're kinda long -- but, well, it's done.
I seem to have misplaced your card and/or e-mail address, however. I'll continue to look tomorrow, but, well, I'll have to figure out how to send it to you otherwise. |
