Has anyone read "Bible Stories Mother Never Told Me" by CL Putnam? I just finished my copy (got it on Amazon) and would LOVE to discuss it. The author retells many familiar Bible stories in novella form, BUT from the perspective of God's "enemies" or his "victims". I found it to be hilarious and sometimes tragic, but ALWAYS eye-opening.

I'd love to hear anyone else's thoughts and opinions.

Thanks!

I haven't heard about it, but it sounds like a cool concept.

I have not read the "Bible Stories Mother Never Told Me" but it sounds interesting. By the title itself, I guess it tells more of the important teachings of God that we have not read or tackle at all.

Could you possibly venture another guess as to which "important teachings of God" that are in the bible which any mother would want to withhold from her child?

I haven't read it yet but I'm interested to go about it because of some reviews that I've read. Some said that the author brings everything from life but from a different point of view. I'm curious though, I guess. its available at Amazon?
