Having Googled around some, I find no evidence that anyone heard trumpets who wasn't close to a brass band.
As for the sky turning red, the video you linked to was taken with a camera with poor color control. You don't think his neighbor's lights were really that color of yellow-orange, do you?
The real problem is the profusion of "I can't think of an explanation for this, therefore God must have done it" arguments. A different YouTuber came up with and dismissed a couple of whacky conspiracy theories before deciding God did it, never once considering natural explanations. Another problem: when he said, "I have never seen a sky this color," to him it meant, "there has never been a sky this color." There is no better demonstration of the arrogance of ignorance. |
