I had undergone a surgery for glaucoma 2 years back. But recently I am diagnosed with myopia. And I had to use glasses to correct my vision. In my right eye the cylindrical power is -1 at axis 130 and in the left eye, the cylindrical power was -0.75 at axis 40. But I don't like to use them. So I am planning to consider a Lasik eye surgery. When I discussed this with my friend, she suggested undergoing the surgery at a clinic in Toronto. How safe is Lasik eye surgery? Can Lasik surgery correct myopia? Are there any complications in undergoing an eye surgery soon after another one? Is Lasik surgery going to cure my eyes permanently? How long will it take to recover from this surgery? Please reply to my queries. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank you!

Dunno, but Dr. Skouras' logo looks way too much like Time-Warner Cable's logo for my comfort.

You'll be on the phone for hours and have several botched appointments when your vision goes out for no reason.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.
