Sorry for the late notice, but I'll be on "A.M. Coast to Coast" tonight at 11:00 p.m. Pacific time. Check out my homepage for more info and links: http://www.badastronomy.com.

BA that's great!!! Sorry I missed it though...Lisa has a tendency of not telling me when you are gonna be on T.V. Either that or I'm never home.

He wasn't on TV, he was on the radio, late at night. And I missed it, too.

Megan I usually run into the BA over at Paltalk, and I'm not taking you there. Its in the "adult room" section, and things have a tendency to get a little rough and tumble, if you know what I mean.
And I find out when he's gonna be on Tech TV through his own website.
So Phil, how did things go on the show? Did you clean the floor with those bozos?

Speaking of which, I'll be on TechTV again July 24, tentatively.

I think it went well. The phone calls were from people genuinely curious about stuff, and I don't think we got a single call from a True Believer. Noory (the host) said he wants me to come back. Given that my book rocketed up the rankings at Amazon for three days, I tend to think I'll agree. ;-)

I got a lot of supportive email as well. Three were negative, but they were from a creationist, a UFO believer, and an anti-Big-Banger. So all in all, a success!

I may try to call in on Friday, since Bell will have a free-for-all call in about Planet X. I have some choice thoughts about that.

What is all this Planet X bs anyway? I've heard its coming from the "direction" of Orion. And its gonna be here in 2003. The amount of time Megan and I have spent looking at the nebula and various stars of that constellation, unless this thing is only the size of a buick, wouldn't we have noticed something odd by now?
The whole thing sounds like a scam to sell books and videos. Remember the non-events of Y2K and the planetary alignment of 5/5?

I thought Planet X was supposed to be a 10th planet, and the cause of Pluto's odd orbit?
