Kil, I'm going to jump in here, if you don't mind.
Out of body experience....once when playing Rugby in Red Deer. Got a MAJOR concussion and watched the game from the stands. Only, I was still watching myself playing. To this day, I don't know if I was in the stands or playing. But it was weird anyway.
So to answer your subliminal question....No, there is no such thing as an out of body experience. It's hypoxia or a sharp blow to the ole melon.

I never had an out of body experience, but I do have out of mind experiences from time to time.
