I've been trying to locate the very first post I ever made on these forums. But it's been such a long time, I've forgotten what it was about...
I was feeding the search-engine my name to get all threads in which I have ever posted, but that didn't work. It refuses to accept a search without a word as a search criterion.

Tell it to search for the word 'e'. It will return every post you've made with that letter in it, as it's not picky about whether a word is a word or a part of a word.
Okay, there are 18 pages of results looking for 'e' in posts by you in the archives. Have fun looking for your first.  |

It's finding those "dirty" tricks that exploit the limitations of the forum that is most tricky.
If the programming language had been too intelligent, one couldn't have posted something like:

...without the forum or Internet Explorer creating a clickable link in there.  |
