Is there nothing that Bush won't try to spin? Or maybe he was serious...

What's tragic in all of this is that since it was a Bush rally/photo-op, it was staged and thus all the people there were vehemently pro-Bush. Doubtless this woman is, too. Yet despite the fact that Bush's policies are largely geared against lower-income people like this woman, she still supports him.

How the far-right Republicans have managed to dupe so many into supporting a party that clearly does not have them in their best interests is baffling!
