Edited to add....if this is legit, I'd kick in a few bucks myself!

Now that's what I call justice.

Why continue? Because we must. Because we have the call. Because it is nobler to fight for rationality without winning than to give up in the face of continued defeats. Because whatever true progress humanity makes is through the rationality of the occasional individual and because any one individual we may win for the cause may do more for humanity than a hundred thousand who hug their superstitions to their breast.

If legit, that petard might give a higher hoist than usual.

Justice Souter is my favorite member of the United States Supreme Court!

The eminent domain ruling struck me as odd... in that it was the moderate and liberal members voting for it. It seems crazy to me that any judge would rule, especially liberal judges, in favor of siezure of private property by the government for use by other private businesses.

Ever been to New Jersey. That place is run by Democrats. And, full of corporate thuggary. It is the same mindset I have to assume. Now, don't ask me where it comes from, it makes little sense.

Then again, neither side of the isle makes much sense really, when you take a look at it.

The big question I have is, what was the justification. I need to go find the actual transcript of the ruling and read it.

That's Awesome!
