           	| I have just discovered this wonderful coffe shop down the block from where I work. Damian and I visit it as much as we can, which is quite alot actually... it is very homey and well New Agey...right up my alley. They have a quaint book shell with numerous books.. the policy is take a book leave a book.. Books ranged from Sylvia Brown..to Love stories..to Conspiracy theories... My first book that I acquired was... From Science to God by Peter Russell... Very interesting... I replaced it with a Sylvia brown book... never really cared for her... The other day I went in and found a book called... Tales from the Time Loop by David Ike... It looked familiar to me and at the time I could not place it... Damian and I took the kids to the park and I sat and read numerous excerpts from it to him... It was then I realized how it came to be... my familiarity with this book..
Not two days before... a catalog had come in the mail for me... Global Insights... and in that were numerous David Ike books... I explained it to Damian and with a smile he said " They are coming for you Barbara"...(Night of the Living Dead}....
My thoughts on it.... Fantastical... Inconceivable... {say it like the guy on Princess Bride or was it Spaceballs)... but .....very ... very... interesting....hmmmm...
 Any thoughts....be kind....or not.....

| Icke's pretty far out. He's also pretty commercial. 'S been quite a while since his name was last bandied about in here.
I ran across a little cafe like that one in Raleigh a couple of years or so ago. Interesting place for a skeptic, as long as he opens his mouth only to shovel food into it. I recall that looking at the menus was rather like browsing an homeopathic textbook. Food was pretty good though, and the atmosphere enjoyable. It was also correspondingly expensive.

| My thoughts are that you probably get lots of catalogs with woo-woo stuff, and that you're now frequenting a coffee shop with a bookshelf full of woo-woo stuff. That you should coincidentally find David Icke books two days apart in both piles of woo-woo shouldn't be surprising at all.
What I'm wondering is how far Damian's feeding of your paranoia has to go before it could be considered sposal abuse.
