Now that Libby has claimed Cheney "authorized him" to out Valerie Plame, and everyone's admitted there are no weapons of mass destruction, and this ex-cia guy, Paul Pillar, is talking to the WA Post claiming Bush cherry picked the intelligence reports to support his desire to invade Iraq, it's time to pull out that Downing Street memo.

This site has a good citation file to refer to on the matter.

This Mother Jones article, The Lie Factory, on the cherry picking is a rather thorough investigation.

And Richard Clark's book, Against All Enemies had it right when he said Bush planned to invade Iraq before he took office if an excuse arose, but no news media are bothering to review any reports of criticisms of Clark's book.
