Val,
She has it in her head that if you object to this deal that you are a racist. Nothing will convince her otherwise.

Apparently only 2 of the current 64 member House Appropriations Commitee are not racist.
62-2 vote to fully block the DPW deal.

I made the statement that it wasn't a Democrat thing by refuting the above statement with the Republican opposition to show bipartisan support for the measure.
In the above statement, I never say that Republicans wouldn't also take advantage of Americans' fear of Arabs. Hell, I expect them to. I wrote the above statement because I thought the Dems were being uncharacteristic, not because I thought they were acting alone. You assumed I meant it was partisan. I never meant or said it that way. |

Val is not a racist. I never called him one. I never implied he was one. I certainly never said that anyone opposing the Dubai deal was a racist or implied that either. And I never accused or implied that you were racist either, Dude. In fact, all I did imply was that you might be a little xenophobic (again, depending on whether your fears could be considered rational or not – I didn't actually make a judgment there) because of two statements you made (quoted before, I'm not bothering again) that were one small part of your argument against the deal.
Stop painting my stance in black and white.
Explain your accusations instead of acting like your conclusions are obvious.
