Ha Ha - except that Norris is a French name. It comes from "Norreis" meaning "Northerner." The French also have the best kick boxers outside Asia. So obviously, "Chuck Norris" is a Frenchman.

Yes, it is a fact that the French admire Jerry Lewis while paying somewhat less attention to their own comic genius, Jacques Tati. (Who was in turn influenced by Buster Keaton.)
