Every once in a while (OK, quite often) my state does something so boneheaded that I want to insert an extra I in the department of transportation's acronym. (IDOT to IDIOT)

This story is one of them. Really puts a new spin on the word hotline.

You read right, the number was incorrect. Instead of the IDOT construction hotline, it was a phone sex number.
