Hi all !
Let me introduce myself ... I joined this forum today.
My name is Sivakami . Female, 29 years old, married. Live in India. Working as a corporate manager in an IT firm.
An agnostic/atheist, quite passionate about science (although I still have lots and lots to learn!). Huge fan of Carl Sagan and Richard Dawkins.
Love discussions on science, ethics, religion vs skepticism etc.
Here's to some good discussions .
- Sivakami.
We are a scientific civilization. That means a civilization in which knowledge and its integrity are crucial. Science is only a latin word for knowledge .... knowledge is our destiny. - Jacob Bronowski.

Hi! Huge Sagan fan here, too.

Welcome!
I'm a big Sagan fan too and proudly frame a letter from him and Ann Druyan in my studio. Always liked Bronowski too. Have several of his books, and remember seeing his TV program on civilization when I was little.
People have lots of interesting ideas here, and we don't all have to agree. Welcome. "I'd never join an organization that would have a man like me as a member."
