So I'm still utterly confused as to why the pro-life movement doesn't attack the fertility clinics and the people who use them. Could it be that they are biased against scientists and biased in favor of people trying to have kids? Just a guess.

Actually, they should be biased against all of medicine. After all if God wanted them to have perfect health he would have made them with perfect health. Or at the very least healed them as is promised in the buy-bull.
