Turkmenistan will be renamed Niyazovstan and/or Niyazovia. But this name will only last a few months. Myanmar will return to being called Burma.
Iraq will split up, becoming in the north, Kurdistan, in the center, Iraq, and in the south, either the Iraq or Basrah Province of Iran. (The Iranians are still arguing over what to call it.)
