Please do, and see what pops out... It's not mega-super-secret, and the probability of me actually writing something on it is slim. If it works, you can signal by typing the two names which fuel the principle.

I've never touched ChatGPT, and don't actually plan to start. I was just wondering. If you're curious, fire up a VPN to avoid any caching of your previous chats. Proton VPN had a good selection of free servers.

Oh, note well that if you do install Proton VPN, make sure to turn it off if you want to do any largish downloads. I was downloading a game that Steam said was going to take six hours or some other ungodly time to complete (on a wired connection!) and as soon as I realized that Proton VPN was redirecting everything through Poland for me and turned that off, the download time dropped to eight minutes. |

1½ workdays until a 4 week vacation.
The new job at Sweden's largest military contractor is coming along good.
Since I haven't worked a full year yet, only the first two weeks will be paid, but I've got some cash stashed away so two missing weeks won't be a problem. It's raining today, and the that's the prognosis for the coming week as well but I don't mind staying indoors.
A few days ago the Swedish State Department had a message for Swedes travelling in Europe: If you can't stand the heat, stay out of Spain (and Portugal).

I tendered my resignation a few days ago. Final work date April 16th. Reason: retirement.
It started before Christmas when I floated the idea to my supervisor to cut down on my work hours in order to come in to work an hour later. My commute is 50 minutes, and I have to get up at 5:45am to hit the optimal traffic flow though the major city in the area (home and work are on the opposite sides of a 150k population city, 70 km commute one way).
Then we had a mandatory health test where they tested for Lead and Cadmium. Turns out I was over the limit on both and I was immediately suspended from my work desk, and put on other work. It wasn't my employers fault, and we managed to negotiate changes in my way of working to mitigate the small exposure I had. The crap came from a former work site, and my current employer was not to blame for this.
During my Christmas holiday (3 weeks), I had the chance to sit down and do some serious economy calculating and I realized that taking an early retirement full time, and fill up with cash from savings (I have a stock market account at a bank) I could retire and still have the same monthly allowance after taxes as I have today working.
Once Trump and the other fascists are gone, and VISA application conditions will allow me to visit USA, I'd like to visit a few of you guys if only to wave at you as I pass. Kil, I'm planning of you guiding me to The Baked Potato if it's still open.

| Regarding posts re LLM AI. I use it sometimes for work, helping me convert or debug code. I asked it to convert an idea into a screenplay but it balked because it had to do with flag burning. So to get it to work, I changed it into flag blessing. |
