I mentioned that one earlier on, when I was bitching about ABC Noozs. It's a mangy coyote (or possibly a medium-large dog) and the goatsucker is the hack who tried to get us to take it seriously.
But that's not true, either. He is, as stated, a mere hack masquerading as a journalist. Here's a genuine goatsucker:

I stand corrected. DNA tests were done and the results were, well, less, and yet more than astounding. One sample came out as human, no suprise, and the other -- are you ready for this? -- was from an opossum! 
Man these guys are about as bright as foot fungus. Did they really think that they'd pull this off? Yeesh!
But, according the the linked article, they'll keep on a'tryin'.

A rubber suit..... That's a damn shame. You'd think they'd been able to come up with something better than that if they were going to fake out every crypto-doofus in the country. * *

It must be slow over at AiG for them to be messing around with this, but messing around with it they are. And, believe it or not, they've even managed to use it for some really dumber-than-usual apologetics.
At a Glance
Two men claimed to have found the body of a dead Sasquatch in northern Georgia, though this is now proven to be a hoax.
There are hints of an evolutionary connection and expectation concerning Bigfoot.
If such a creature existed, the implications could be interesting for both evolutionists and creationists.
The hoax bears some resemblance to the claims evolutionists have made concerning the supposed ancestors of humanity.
Bigfoot has been found—or so claim two men who say they have found the dead body of a Sasquatch. Although the supposed body has been shown to be nothing more than a rubber suit, these men are likely following the evolutionary indoctrination they receive in school and on TV—and are also following in a long line of supposed apemen “proofs” that were big on show and low on evidence.

The secretive manner in which the discoverers handled this supposed landmark event left much to be desired in terms of scientific rigor.
