YO: Er, rather in Burbank....
(article from Sacramento Bee)

Schwarzenegger praises Palin's speech

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today praised Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin's speech to the GOP convention Wednesday night, saying she "hit the ball out of the park."

Schwarzenegger was asked for his reaction during a news conference in Burbank in which he once again demanded that the Legislature end its weeks--long stalemate on a state budget. He was accompanied by law enforcement and health care representatives who said the budget delay is disrupting vital services.

Schwarzenegger called Palin, the governor of Alaska, "a straight 10" and "a great contribution to the ticket."

OY Sez: It seems only natural that Arnold would respond in
a 'positive' way to Frau Palin. She will change some of those blue
collars into Brownshirts. A smart, black man in the Oval Office is more than such folks can stand, and besides, the rich segment of the GOP needs the Brownshirts help again in protecting their massive assests.

OY!

But really, what else could he do? His own main base is Republican knuckle-draggers, after all, and she did give quite a good, if lacking in substance, speech -- as instructed.

We'll be hearing a great deal more meaningless hyperbole in the coming weeks, no doubt.

Does it matter what Arnold thinks? California is solid blue when it comes to presidential elections so he is safe to support her. Arnold, who has had a bumpy ride with his own party is just doing some brown-nosing.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

Kil: It doesn't matter what Arnold says unless you've been reading his rhetoric when he's trying to kiss up to Democrats. His ass must be chaffed from sliding from one side of the fence to the other.

Primarily, he represents the entrenched wealthy of California, then every then else comes after, to the extent it's necessary.
