Here's one I read... It's amazing how quickly I loose stuff... SO credit to someone:
Neither Obama or Mcain land enough votes... SO it gores to the House, who choose the President..... Probably Obama..... However the Senate choses the VP.... So about 50/50 there, with Chenny breaking any ties.
THe question is, which House and Senate does the voting, the incoming or outgoing. Seems to me it would be the current, as they expect the President Pro Tempore to cast a tie-breaker, he would have t o be there to do it.

So much or that pesky amendment for stopping split parties in the WHite House.... Adams and Jefferson must be laughing at us.... (if they were not to busy crying....)

The Circus of Carnage... because you should be able to deal with politicians like you do pissant noobs.

In an electoral tie, it goes to the House, yes. They can elect anyone they want. Doesn't have to be either of the candidates. It could be anyone over 35 and born on US soil.
