I would be more than merely nervous if I lived in one of the identical apartment buildings shown in the background to many of the photos of the fallen building. With corruption being the byword in China, most likely inspectors were paid bribes rather than a proper foundation being laid by the contractor. One strong wind, and I'd lay odd that the other buildings fall over like dominoes.
