Watching the cops deal with it, it might have been 12' in diameter by 5' tall, which is only 565 cubic feet (if it were a cylinder, which it was not). |

| Another thing that had my radar pinging was the photo purporting to show the basket falling off - what are the chances that someone would happen to take a photo at the precise instant that the basket/boy dropped from the balloon? |
