And more blatantly than ever!

Seems a school in Indiana was having a Christmas production involving 2nd graders. They were to sing of the various faiths, including *gasp!* Islam and Allah. Needless to say, that put a kink in the cat's tail, the fallout was predictable, and it gave the execrable Ken Ham an ample excuse to wring his hands and moan.

One of the things we have noticed in the USA in recent times is that it is politically “correct” to mock Christians, eliminate Christian references from the public, etc.—but it is ok and politically correct to mention teachings from other religions in a generally positive light! It seems Christians are the ‘bad guys’ these days. Accordingly, here are excerpts from a Fox News Radio program (from its website):

Hmm, FOX. Might'a guessed.

Of course, the real losers here are the children who won't get to learn about other cultures and their traditions. I am all but convinced that these goobers want to raise a whole generation of G.W. Bush, who didn't know squat about Mid-East culture going in over there and likely still doesn't.

Isn't that a hoot? Just goes to remind us that a fundy's greatest enemies are not limited to atheists. If they ever get their way in destroying secularism, the first people they likely will go after are other kinds of fundamentalists. After all, they are competitors for tithes.
