Any of you Starcraft 2 players interested in some co-op play?

I've been considering getting into Starcraft 2, especially with its rave reviews. It's available here in the Philippines. But I doubt it's on the same servers as in North America.

That may be an issue. I don't recall being given a choice which server I play on. I'll have to check on that.

My wife and I are playing the single player campaign. I've never tried an online match, even with the original. I play FPS online all the time, but but competitive RTS multiplayer never interested me. I don't know why. I think I just don't like to be rushed. I like building my bases slowly, researching all the technology trees, and setting up defenses. I'm not good at playing fast. Still, I might eventually try it just to play as the zerg for a change. We'll see.

@Halfmooner:

I honestly cannot tell if I we can play co-op or not. When I try changing my language and server to South-East Asia, BNet tells me I don't have a license for that region. There may be something I do not know about.

I can give you an activation key for a guest pass, if you wanted to look the game over. It's good for 7 hours of test play, although it does involve a 12 gig download and creating a BNet account. They aren't doing any good inside the box. Your call.

@H.Humbert:

I am not a fan of PvP, but I do like co-op play against the AI. I lean towards Protoss, so I can usually get some half decent defences up sort of early. Unfortunately, I cannot do anything to stop the computer AI from doing early rushes.

My character name is dglas. My character ID is 182.
