Art Robinson.

He's running against 12 term incumbent Peter DiFazio.

He believes as a physical scientist has reached the conclusion that global warming is not real.

He thinks that low level doses of radiation are good for you, and that the best way to dispose nuclear waste is sprinkle it over the oceans, or over America.

He believes that public schools should be abolished and that his kids should be home schooled and teach themselves the basics.

Apparently, he thinks that the best way to win over non-conservatives is to talk over the interviewer and insult her.

(This is a recap of the interview from last Thursday. If you are a glutton for punishment, the full interview is here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/ns/msnbc_tv-rachel_maddow_show/#39566412)

As Jon Stewart might say, "You're welcome".

“In a modern...society, everybody has the absolute right to believe whatever they damn well please, but they don't have the same right to be taken seriously”.

Wow!!! What a loon!!!!

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

Couldn't agree more, Kil.
At least he was very good at sticking to his talking-points.
