A friend of mine who writes columns from the atheist perspective reposted this from 4 months ago about a case of faith healing gone very very wrong: http://www.examiner.com/atheism-in-philadelphia/prayer-death-case-parents-found-guilty Even though it happened in my own area of Philadelphia, I hadn't heard about it at the time. I read more about it today, and found out that the same church was associated with the deaths of 5 children 20 years ago: http://www.nytimes.com/1991/02/16/us/measles-and-faith-combine-in-5-deaths-in-philadelphia.html

Happy National Day of Prayer, everybody!

What, Obama didn't cancel it this year?
