Thanks again to all those who threw a fellow skeptic some change when he was down. Can't pay it back, but I intend to pay it forward as I'm able, so hit me with some suggestions on credible skeptic organizations that accept donations. Yeah yeah, SFN is on my list already.
So how is everyone? Has filthy shown up since I've been absent?

Mooner is back. Sorry I didn't kick down. After all you guys have done for me I should have. But I just couldn't. I'm still fucked, money wise. In fact it's even worse now.

Welcome back, Dude! Yeah, I'm another prodigal. Now, if we could only get Filthy back, it'd seem like the old crew.
Sorry to learn of your hardships, but I'm glad that things seem to have improved. I was in a long slow financial decline myself before I opted to become an expat in the Philippines, but now things are much better for me here. I wish you good times to come. |

| Sorry I wasn't around to chip in. Glad you're doing better. I'm facing a layoff in a few weeks and will move, but not yet to the Philippines. Maybe later. |

Yeah, cheaper living makes for better living, I've found. Twice the living space for a 1/3 of the rent. My necessary (stroke-preventing) meds cost half as much as the insurance co-pay I had to shell out in the states. I'm even gradually getting "stuff," like HDTV, that I could not afford in the States, because of money left over. (That kind of manufactured stuff costs more here, due to high import duties.)
