Erich von Däniken is an old fraud who is one of the founders of the pseudo-scientific notion that extra-terrestrials had contact with and greatly influenced ancient humans. His Chariots of the Gods?, published in 1968, set the tone for his successful publishing career. And that's what I have done." |
Yet despite his shoddy and fraudulent methods, von Däniken has continued to sell his fantasy and science fiction books as the real deal to countless millions of gullible people.

Me, too, but I got over it pretty quickly, as I was still resenting and kicking myself for being fooled by the ridiculous fantacist George Adamski when I was a teen. |
