Here is the claim:
The ACLU has twisted our laws and fellow vicious God Haters hate Christians and we will be the next target of the ACLU. Soon it will be a crime to be a christian and those God haters will help the government slaughter us. That day is just around the corner. |
"Just around the corner", you stupid little bint? Eight years and counting, and not a whiff of true persecution for you idiots. Is it possible that this person will remember this bit of stupidity and begin to wake up a bit?

Indeed, in fact they have an entire page dedicated to examples of it. This list has many examples, and that's just from the last decade. Next time a fundie tries to pull the old "The ACLU hates Christians!" argument, just toss that page at them.

You know what they say, eh? I think even on that page I linked, is that the ACLU is doing "token cases" so that they can pretend to be not anti-christian.
