Who thinks this shit up? For this particular fraud a used car salesman from Harleyville, South Carolina.

I remember it in the news in 90's. Back then it was reported as being bought by schools around the USA to find pot in kids lockers. So much for the intelligence of those educating our children in the USA. The Quadro Tracker, has been very profitable form those unable to detect bullshit when they hear it. Those who buy bullshit with out evidence backing up claims made by deceivers. It all comes down to power and money, Ca-Ching!

It's essentially dowsing, which boils down to the ideomotor effect. The scarier part is the device that they claim CURES aids. Throw away the condoms! You're cured!
