A new chat with Dr. Mabuse as chat host.
After a few weeks off, it's time for the Doc to host the chat again.

Difference in daylight savings between America and Europe means chat starts an hour early in Europe. Since this put the start of the chat not at my coffeebreak when I have time to manage it, but in the middle of a busy hour, I might not be very active in the beginning.
But don't despair. I will show up eventually...

Chat Summary:
Chat started off with Dr. Mabuse's story of a surplus auction with great bargains. Kil told us about changes in his job calendar. Participating in poor baseball games, and going to watch higher leagues games, expensive as it might be. Then we talked a little about computer games, like Rust and Minecraft. The new TV series Cosmos got some attention before we turned to voter-fraud about counter-measures in USA. A link to Snopes and a link to ABC News were submitted for discussion. Finally, an admission by republicans about voter-fraud measures targetting Democrats. The dicussion went for at least a half hour before all agreed that it was time to end the chat.
