From his Twitter feed:
AT LAST, SIR TERRY, WE MUST WALK TOGETHER.
And then:
Terry took Death’s arm and followed him through the doors and on to the black desert under the endless night.
Crap.

Bummer.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

My husband, a huge Terry Pratchett fan, had this to say about it and this article to link to:

And this is why physician assisted suicide should be legal in all 50 states, not just 3.

From his Richard Dimbleby lecture in 2010:
The lecture saw Pratchett go on to admit his vow that "rather than let Alzheimer's take me, I would take it. I would live my life as ever to the full and die, before the disease mounted its last attack, in my own home, in a chair on the lawn, with a brandy in my hand to wash down whatever modern version of the 'Brompton cocktail' some helpful medic could supply. And with Thomas Tallis on my iPod, I would shake hands with Death."

I should finally get around to reading Terry Pratchett...if I ever exit my non-fiction phase.
