So the anti-abortion fanatics who made and released the heavily edited video designed to frame Planned Parenthood by suggested that PP was trying to sell fetal parts for profit have themselves been indicted by the Houston grand jury that was investigating whether the video was evidence that PP did anything wrong.
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were both indicted on felony charges of tampering with a governmental record. Daleiden was also charged with attempting to purchase and sell human organs, a misdemeanor.
It appears that "tampering with a governmental record" includes creating and/or using fake government IDs.

Lots more legal action against these folks. Regarding the indictment:
...The grand jury followed the facts. They determined that Daleiden is the lawbreaker. Don’t expect miracles. The same people who know what they know and saw what they saw in the Planned Parenthood videos that screen in their heads will remain unmoved by reality or truth. But score this one for fact-finding and fact-finders everywhere. Sometimes the truth really does win out.
