I'm not sure what you're asking. Does it have to do with Oompas evolving from African bushmen into white, erm, whatevers?
I really can't think of a comment, as this is a fiction. Am I missing something?

Sorry, Fil, I really should have put this in Humor, to avoid confusion. The temptation to put it here was overwhelming, however. (You are one of the most difficult people to confuse, so, shamefully, I don't feel quite as sorry as I should.)
The "evolution" is really just an evolution of social values over time. And I admit I will post about Ooompa Loompas anytime I have the chance, as I love that name.

Yeh, kinda sounds like the noises that sometimes come from a biker bar's shithouse, and often the parking lot, doesn't it?
But I think I understand now. It is to demonstrate the superiority of a chocolate diet over one of eucalyptus leaves and catapla worms in the grand scheme of the universe, yes?
