Sadly, the answer is a resounding "Boy, howdy, yes!"
His latest tract is "There Go the Dinosaurs."
Jack Chick's Theory of Dinosaur Scarcity, explained.
The tract explains that the dinosaurs got hunted out by people due to the fact they couold not run so fast in the reduced oxygen atmosphere apres le deluge. And the tract hints you better just shut up and trust Jack Chick and God on this one.
Robert Crumb may sue.
Chick has now just about mastered the R. Crumb cartooning style. The insanity and stereotyped Jews are still there, though.

Nah. Our Jacky hit the very zenith of fundie retardation many years ago. All he's done since is to embellish and refine it, and finally whet it to a microscopic edge that has severed all neural pathways between his brain and his ass. That is why it is open to question as to which end he is thinking with.
What a pity Dr. Dino is in the hoosegow. They collaberated, sort of, on some of the great classics, such as Big Daddy.

In showing Chick to be an anti-Semite, even more damning than his drawing caricatures of huge-beaked Jews, is his insertion of a quote from Matthew 27:25 ("Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.") in the last panel below (from "The Empty Tomb"):
That one little verse has been used by Christians for twenty centuries to support the "Blood Libel," and to blame all Jews for all time for Jesus' death. It also is used to justify their persecution. In my opinion, only an anti-Semite would slip that into the cartoon.
