 I can't believe I'm having to explain this! Especally to you, of Moonscape, who should have been the first to pick up on it.
How many times has Coulter been referred to as a male flying false colors? Many, including in here, and thus the skinny, male mantid, and thus the nuance.
Damn, I'm starting to be sorry I pushed the joke and wrote the rant.

Ah, but 'skeptic' and 'smart' pretty much go hand-in-hand; not always correct, but certainly thinking.  And I've admitted that this time my little gag was a bit unfair, have I not?
On the other hand, it makes up for all the times I've left one out there that nobody bit, and there've been quite a few.
It's not easy, you know. The thread has to be just right and the posts just so to put one over. Never know when the next opportunity will come along nor what the gag will be.
