So Columbia University has a long and storied history of giving platforms to controversial speakers. This is a particularly controversial one, especially considering the large Jewish population of this fair city. However, I'm sort of confused about why people are so very, very upset at his presence here. I think this is a great opportunity for Americans to see how dangerous and harmful religious extremism is... although it may only serve to charge up the Christian Fundamentalists in their crusade to conquer the world. Opinions?

Tongue-tied and twisted, just an earthbound misfit, I.

What a great scapegoat.

I know the rent is in arrears

It's even worse than it appears
But it's alright-

Because the worst of the bad-guys are the ones that don't sound so bad when you hear them speak, and so it's believed that giving them a platform to speak from is nothing more than helping them to further their propaganda objectives.
