Or was it? People often ask: if there is so much CCTV coverage (especially in the UK) then how come an alien, UFO, cryptid or other strange beast been caught on camera?

| The only thing missing was a commercial for Head-On between the first flash and the second! That thing is so blatantly fake, it's ridiculous. The guy with the glasses is a professional woo-woo that 's made a living out of looking professorial and making ponderous statements about these idiotic "abductions" for many years now. I have seen him turn up in many of the "alien invasive examination" bullshit yarns. It's a cottage industry! |

I suspect that there wasn't even a need to fiddle with the video, aside from cutting out two hours.
I'm guessing it shows someone walking off the job at night to go barhopping. The cameras are set for IR and night vision, and are overwhelmed when someone waiting in a car turns on his headlights. At that point, the tape is edited to begin two hours later, showing first a flash from the same headlights, and then the now-drunken employee getting up from a prone position to his hands and knees. He pukes, then wanders off.
Drinking buddies, not alien abductors, seem by far the most logical explanation. The guy who sent in the tape is probably a security guard who thought cutting out two hours could make the tape valuable.
