quote: Sorry, if you want to consider it plagiarism and a form of scholarly dishonesty.
Definition
"steal or purloin from the writings of another; to appropriate without due acknowledgement."
"take without referencing from someone else's writing or speech; of intellectual property."
According to the definition your actions match the description to a 'T'.
quote: The facts are, the evidence really do exist.
1. If I considered the web to be a reliable source you may have something there. The web is not a reliable source. 2. The site is a typical run of the mill creationists site so it is even less reliable than other sites.
The fact that they are listing the Japanese basking shark picture as evidence of a captured plesiosaur speaks volumes for this sites credibility. Kacey's site's article
Even creationists say to no longer use this as evidence. AiG's refutation of the basking shark claim
When your own "brothers" attack your claims then you know you don't have a limb to stand on.
So basically Kacey all you have done is pull the typical creationists copy & paste junk from an unreliable creationists web site (one that includes articles that other creationists sites say are bunk) and try to claim man and dinosaur co-existed. At least you haven't presented the Paluxy tracks yet.
So far you have not presented any reliable evidence.
quote: Or can you refute the information presented on the web site?
First as I shown above the author's of this site are not very reliable nor credible even to other creationists. Such a low level of credibility leads me to conclude the site is a bunch of garbage not to be trusted without independent verification.
Throw in the fact that all of their references are other creationists and yes I am very skeptical to say the least.
Its time to grow up Kacey, Jurassic Park was just a movie/book and was not real.
Later,
John

Kacey's plagiarized source
Hey! I found that first, and posted it on page 3! Neener! (I'm kidding )
Kacey makes "evos" sound like a racial slur. That makes baby Jesus cry. You should be ashamed, Kacey!

Honestly, this thread is the most fun reading I've had in a long time.
Anyway, Kacey, since you posted the flood thing first, and that was your evidence for the appearance of the geological column to support the human/dino co-existence, you have no right whine. Just answer one question. How did the flood lay down the strata in such a uniform way?
Remember, you presented it.
And, I thought s/he was a teen age girl, too! I'm so disappointed.

A sleepover? That's nothing, Kacey. Us skeptics are always throwing massive pot orgies.
Anyone think we have a Jeff K on our hands?

Xev, I loves ya! Ya saved me from having my grandaughters, a pack of lovely, little thugs, over to assuage my disappointment and rip off all of my loose change and soda pop (I don't drink soda pop, but I never know when the grands'll show up, so I keep some on hand)`.
I think now that I'll survive.

Whoa whoa whoa! I may be easy, but not that easy.

Awww. How old?
Just found out that my 8 year old sister is an athiest. I'm so proud.
"Kacey has broken my skeptical, little heart."
There there now, it will be okay. Besides, Kayce is flamebait, and should be getting mighty toasty soon.

The grands, a school of innocent-looking, cheerful, little piranhas range from ages 2 to 16. I only thank the Great and Caustic Mojo that someone else is raising them. My daughters are getting their pay-backs!

There goes another great fantasy down the crapper.
K.C. is probably stuck with his fantasy for life. And it probably isn't even as much fun as yours was. (smirk)

Hey, alright!
Now, in respect to the pot orgies, I say just knock out the pot and head straight into the orgy part, I guarantee a good time will be had by all.

Who says it has to go in the crapper?

"There goes another great fantasy down the crapper."
Lessee....the boys probably thought Kayce was in a Catholic-schoolgirl outfit while she typed?

Fine with me, but I'm tired of being left to clean up alone.
