No, trying to get a straight answer from a self-proclaimed "psychic" is like nailin jello to a wall.

The tenative dates are 30 Jan - 01 Feb. A JREF staff member is still shopping around for a hotel, and has some promising leads. Will probably know more in about a week.
BTW, one of the guest speakers is going to be our friend the Bad Astronomer.

Even if the politicals are a bunch of jerks the sights and climate are still good. If we can just get them to stop building on it so much. Come here before it gets ruined.

Ah yes! I knew someone would call me on that. (and it's more like 50 years too late ) It's true and I'm the 1st to point that out. But I meant we still have oceans and forests and snow, etc., although I don't think it's safe to go in the sea, you can still sit on the sand and watch the waves.
I'd love to go to Florida, but probably can't now. My friend visited there a long time ago and said the Everglades were wonderful.
