Hey, great catch! Sounds like he'll be finding his own AIC (Answers In Court) real soon.
Hope to read an update on this fundie nematode when court gets in swing again on Monday. Just love to see these frauds nailed in public. This kind of story takes me a'back to the exciting spring of '87...the fall of the house of Jim and Tammy Faye, Swaggerin' Swaggert, etc. |

That depends on which self-serving, money grubbing, con man politico appointed him or her. But, they just may be a cut above those that were elected to office. It's not uncommon to find a local judge running for office on the simple platform of "doin' Gawd's werk" down here in Dixie. Besides, the only thing half the voters know in local elections is the person's name and their party, but that's listed on the ballot.
I'm sure it's not much different in Sweden, with maybe the exception of the "Gawd's werk" thing. |

Maybe you're right. I've never been asked to sit in a jury, but I'm not likely to be asked for it either, since (I believe it works this way, I didn't pay enough attention during social science class...) people who become jury comes from a pool selected by the political parties on county level. Higher court jury boards demand degrees in law.
I was asked to be the president (or do you say chairman) of the local
astronomy club. Even though I was one of the newest members of them all. They said they wanted someone calm, and wise enough to mediate and merging differing views and opinions into working solutions.
