Check out this story - - further complaints by the Union of Concerned Scientists. . . .

Remember when these guys used to be concerned about Global Warming or Nuclear Winter? Now they're worried about their rights to speak freely . . . . GW and Crew are slowly building the US into a police state - and a great portion of the public supports it! What is wrong with Americans today??? It's frightening. . . .

Well, hopefully there will be places in the world that are capable of rising above this type of crap. The US has been the place for a long time, and it is one of the keys to our success. Somebody somewhere knows this and will create an environment that allows the free exchange of information. If the US gets to bad within my lifetime, and there is nothing that I can do about it, I'll just move :)

Ignorance is preferable to error; and he is less remote from the truth who believes nothing, than he who believes what is wrong.
-- Thomas Jefferson
