First direct image of an extrasolar planet, I wonder if they can use spectography on it or not.

From the article,Working at the limits of its ability, the Yepun telescope was able to obtain a spectrum of the faint red object seen alongside 2M1207.
The spectrum showed the signatures of water molecules and confirms that the object must be small and light. |

I hope we find thousands of planets out there....
What I'm really looking forward to in January though is the pictures of the surface of Titan. Can't wait to see it. |
