Here is a link to an article by Jerry Bergman called "Teaching Creationism in Public Schools". The title seems a bit off-topic, I know. However, there is poll data that is relevant. Here is a portion:

This is actually a creationist site, and it appears they want to use this data to advocate further polluting our public education system with bullshit.
