I would prefer not to ban latinijarl. He is easy enough to ignore if he becomes a big enough nuisance. And in the fullness of time, he will leave on his own. They all do.
As for closing the thread, it is altogether too repetitious and I see nothing that might enhance it. It would not be missed.
