Fitzgerald could announce plea agreements, bring indictments, or conclude that no crime was committed. By the end of this month he is expected to wrap up his nearly two-year-old investigation into who leaked CIA operative Valerie Plame's identity.

No doubt, but if what I've been reading is correct (I'm not entirely convinced. After all, there is no God so benevolent), there might be as many as 21 pardons to hand out, including one for himself (after impeachment, of course). And wouldn't that be a circus?!! The Democrats should borrow a page from the Republican's book and sell tickets to it.
