Kil's got the actual text from the chat to do a proper summary, but for the bit I was present for, the stats are thus:
16801 letters.
2896 words.
1041 distinct words.
The top scoring words are below, I've culled all those with a frequency less than 6 or a word length less than 4 (Except for "Kil"):
