I thought about putting it in humor, but there is actually real evidence for the claims of this religion.

Behold The Church of Google.

Ignorance is preferable to error; and he is less remote from the truth who believes nothing, than he who believes what is wrong.

Ah, but this new Goddess, Google, is amoral. She supplies convenient confirmation of any falsehood, crackpot idea, or quackery that one wants to embrace. The God or Goddess of a true religion would certainly teach The Truth, not a hippy-dippy "whatever turns you on" theology, wouldn't it?

It's already on the Humor forum; it was about to scroll off the page. I thought about posting it here a while back.
Funny...I posted "The Google's Prayer" I threw together on their promotion thread. It seems to be a bit of a hit.

"We are all connected; to each other biologically, to the earth chemically, to the rest of the universe atomically."

"So you're made of detritus [from exploded stars]. Get over it. Or better yet, celebrate it. After all, what nobler thought can one cherish than that the universe lives within us all?"

Typicals: Her followers are already lieing about her.

PROOF #7

Google can "do no evil" (Omnibenevolent). Part of Google's corporate philosophy is the belief that a company can make money without being evil.

Google built there empire on de-frauding an unknown number of people.

Also, She is against certain people based on where they live. If she were truley Omnibenevolent, then searches would be open to all, regardless of nationality.

Also from the 10 commandments:
quote:

Thou shalt not use reciprocal links nor link farms, for I am a vengeful but fair engine and will diminish thy PageRank. The Google Dance shall cometh.

"Unless it is part of the Google pay-per-click advertisng system" should be add to the end.
quote:

Thou shalt not manipulate Search Results. Search Engine Optimization is but the work of Microsoft.

Because the all-powerful, all-knowing search engine cannot always tell the difierence.
