Jack Black played the be-ringed Hobbit. My daughter now tells me that this spoof was created with full permission, for the MTV Awards show. She says it was aired on TV!

I think this particular version was made for the MTV movie awards (but I'm not sure).

It's supposed to be included in one of the extended Lord of the Ring DVD-collector's set. I'm not sure which of them though.
